CDMX, (Notifax).- Desde su lanzamiento, en abril de 2016, el movimiento nacional “Viajemos Todos por México” (VTXM), ha contribuido a incrementar en 8.6 por ciento la ocupación hotelera en diversos destinos durante la temporada baja y ha creado más de dos mil nuevas rutas y circuitos turísticos, informó su coordinadora general, María Eugenia González O´Farril.
Al participar en el panel “Viajemos todos por México” del décimo quinto Foro Nacional de Turismo, González O’Farril, dijo que el movimiento ha creado más de dos mil nuevas rutas y circuitos turísticos, y se han adherido 80 empresas de alcance nacional, más de mil 500 locales. Destacó que hasta el momento VTXM ha sido presentado en 22 entidades del país.
Señaló que uno de los objetivos del movimiento VTXM es diversificar la oferta turística e impulsar que los mexicanos conozcan la República.
La infraestructura subutilizada, agregó, representa un área de oportunidad para crear nuevos productos turísticos, con precios atractivos que incentiven a los mexicanos a viajar por el país.
