CDMX, (Notifax).- Francisco Arroyo Vieyra, embajador de México en Uruguay, recibió al Jefe de Gobierno de la Ciudad de México, Miguel Ángel Mancera Espinosa, en las oficinas de la sede diplomática, en el marco de la gira de trabajo que lleva a cabo el mandatario capitalino para firmar acuerdos de cooperación entre la CDMX y Montevideo.
Ambos funcionarios realizaron un recorrido por Ciudad Vieja —zona turística y comercial de la capital uruguaya y parte principal del casco histórico de Montevideo— y compartieron experiencias acerca de las similitudes de ambas metrópolis en cuanto a políticas públicas y sociales.
Posteriormente, el embajador acompañó al Jefe de Gobierno a la firma del convenio para reforzar el hermanamiento entre ambas ciudades.
El mandatario capitalino dijo sentirse muy agradecido por todas las atenciones recibidas por parte del diplomático, así como del equipo que colabora en la embajada.
